The client is committed to the following:

◦ Providing water and electricity in all parts of the work site.

◦ The site is free of any other labor.

◦ The site is free of construction waste such as: (blocks, cement, sand, paint buckets, etc.) and we do not provide a service to transport it outside the site.

In any of the following cases:

◦ The presence of other labor on the site.

◦ The presence of construction waste on the site.

◦ The company provides the service as possible and based on its assessment, and the amount paid is considered against the value of the service provided, and therefore it disclaims its responsibility.

◦ In the event of the appearance of traces or a change in the color, texture, or condition of the item without informing the service team within 24 hours, the company is not responsible for any compensation for this.

◦ The service is completed within one working day, and the passage of 24 hours from the end of the service day is considered the client's approval to receive the work site and complete the service and the absence of any comments on it, and no complaint is accepted after that.

◦ The company has the option to extend the work period for additional days, and the passage of 24 hours from the end of the last day to provide the service is considered the client's approval to receive the work site and complete the service and the absence of any comments on it, and no complaint is accepted after that.

◦ The team is committed to cleaning the visible and general areas, and if the client requests moving the furniture, they bear the responsibility for any damage that may occur, God forbid.

◦ Personal belongings inside the house are the responsibility of the client, and the team is not responsible for their loss.
